Confederate Cemetery

In 1867, an acre of land was donated as a resting place for Southern soldiers. A year later more than 250 fallen soldiers had been laid to rest here. The cemetery features a statue of a Confederate soldier under which a majority of the soldiers are buried. The Manassas Public Library has a list of those buried in the Cemetery. The cemetery is included on the Old Town Driving Tour available at the Historic Manassas Visitors Center.
